Assistant QA Manager
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (you will need to communicate with both customers in English and Chinese speaking countries)
- EITHER a degree in Quality Management/Engineer/related field OR relevant experience in the QA department (degree not needed if you have the required experience)
Job Description:
- Ensure that company’s quality policies are being carried out
- Ensure that the product meets the required specifications and all relevant quality checks are carried out
- To handle all non-conforming products, liaising with relevant parties (internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers) in a timely manner and ensuring that non-conformance incidents do not impact the quality of the finished product or production deadline
- Communicate with various departments to align all parties on quality issues
- To liaise with external agencies, including authority parties and third-party testing agencies, on quality issues when required
- To issue quality certificates when required
- To oversee the ISO process and audit
- Lead and monitor the implementation of ERP processes in the quality department.
Fresh graduates are welcome if they have studied in a relevant field, are systematic, and can meet language requirements.
Assistant Engineer
Requirements:

Job Description
- Monitor the quality process and outputs to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements
- Conduct inspections, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare quality reports and maintain QA documentation
- Support internal and external quality audits (e.g. ISO)
- Collaborate with production department to improve product quality and manufacturing processes
- Assist to lead and monitor the implementation of ERP processes in the Quality department
